Vintage EFI Conversion
A favorite of ours is upgrading early injected or carbureted engines to modern Engine management systems. Such conversions can be made stealthily for an added cost and we welcome any engine upgrades at this point also.
E55 Intercooler Upgraded
When asked to install an Interchiller for a w211 M113k we wanted to make sure the install was reliable enough for daily use as most as setups cater to Drag / Race setups. After testing we can say confidently the system has improved performance and lowered operating temperatures.
Engine Rebuilds
We can rebuild your engine to factory spec or upgrade things while there. Were also no stranger to turbo / charger conversions and love a clean end result.
r129 ADS 1 Level control valve rebuild
The height control on early r129s is a personal favorite feature and we can rebuild level control vales and other similar components in house.
Early Power Steering Boxes
We can maintain and rebuild early power steering boxes to factory spec provided the sector shaft is not too worn.
Vintage Electrical
We can rebuild vintage Bosch and Lucas starters & Generators/Alternators to as new working condition or if you insist in most cases we can improve things while there be it starter performance or Amperage requirements from your Alternator or Generator.
AMG Vito Conversion
We were contacted to create an AMG 55 Kompressor van which worked out perfectly. Making use of majority factory Benz components you can take it to the dealer and have it worked on as if it were an actual factory creation.
M157 Timing Chain Upgrade
The early M157 engines came with a suspect chain design and whilst not many have made it this far without upgrade we recently had to upgrade one to the stronger designed chain.
63s eDiff Rebuild
The eDiff found in 63 s pack models is a common failure and quite an expensive repair with the only option to buy a new Genuine diff. We found an option to rebuild these at under half the cost of new.
Carburetor rebuilds
We are able to recondition your Carburetor to factory spec and then tune further. While here we can have parts re Plated and the body freshened up if you want it to look as new!
Control unit Repairs & Programming
We can repair some Control units for Mercedes Benz and also offer programming / coding services and can further discuss custom coding like retrofits
Transmission rebuilds
We can rebuild in house your 4 or 5 Speed and know the best in the business for your 7G, 9G and DCT variants.
